When should I book?+
As early as you can. Diwali and Christmas weekends fill up fast — we recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead.
Do I need to buy my own lights?+
No. We supply commercial-grade lights as part of the package. If you have lights you love, we can install those too.
Is takedown included?+
Yes. Every install includes takedown on a date that works for you.
What if a strand stops working?+
We include service calls during the season. Let us know and we'll fix it.
Are you insured?+
Yes, we carry liability insurance for all installations.
